Returns & Exchanges

At Heroine Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance activewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
